The short version: WhoLeft analyzes the Instagram data export you upload yourself – we don't touch your Instagram account or store your password. Use it responsibly, don't try to break or copy it, and remember that paid plans renew automatically until you cancel.

1.Acceptance

By using WhoLeft you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2.Who can use WhoLeft

You need a valid Instagram account and the ability to download your Instagram data export. WhoLeft is available worldwide.

3.What WhoLeft does

WhoLeft helps you analyze your own Instagram follower data by processing the data export file you download directly from Instagram. We do not access your Instagram account or store your Instagram credentials.

WhoLeft offers auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings.

6.Disclaimer

WhoLeft is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about the accuracy of the follower data shown, as it depends entirely on the data export Instagram provides. WhoLeft is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram or Meta.

7.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of WhoLeft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8.Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing here removes any consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

9.Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
