Terms of Service

The short version: WhoLeft analyzes an Instagram data export you upload yourself – we don't touch your Instagram account or store your password. Don't try to break or copy the app, and remember that paid plans renew automatically until you cancel.

1.Acceptance

By using WhoLeft you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

2.Who can use WhoLeft

You need a valid Instagram account and the ability to download your Instagram data. Available worldwide.

3.What WhoLeft does

WhoLeft helps you analyze your own Instagram follower data by processing the data file you download directly from Instagram. We do not access your Instagram account or store your Instagram credentials.

4.Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you upload.
You must not use WhoLeft to harass or harm other people.
You must not resell, copy, or redistribute the app.

5.Subscriptions

WhoLeft offers auto-renewing subscriptions.

On this website, payment is processed by RevenueCat and Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled through the subscription-management link in your account.
In the iPhone app, payment is charged to your Apple ID and managed in your Apple ID account settings; to avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (an App Store requirement).

6.Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. This permanently deletes all your data on both the website and the iPhone app, since they share one account. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — you must cancel that separately through the App Store (for app subscriptions) or via the subscription-management link (for web subscriptions), or it will continue to renew.

7.Disclaimer

WhoLeft is provided “as is,” with no guarantees about the accuracy of the follower data shown, as it depends entirely on the data export you provide. WhoLeft is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram or Meta.

8.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of WhoLeft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

10.Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
