1.Who we are
WhoLeft is operated by Alexander Pietrangeli. You can reach us any time at support@wholeftme.com.
2.What data we collect
- Email address – collected when you create an account or sign in.
- Instagram follower data – the follower and following lists from the Instagram data export you voluntarily upload. This includes usernames and timestamps.
We do not collect your Instagram password and never access your Instagram account directly.
3.How we use your data
- Your email is used to send sign-in links and occasional product updates.
- Your Instagram follower data is stored securely in your account to power the app's features.
We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.
4.Where your data is stored
Your data is stored on Supabase, a secure cloud database provider, in the EU. Each user's data is isolated and protected by row-level security – only you can access your own data.
5.Third-party services
- Supabase – authentication and data storage
- Resend – transactional email delivery
- RevenueCat – subscription management
- Apple – if you sign in with Apple, their privacy policy also applies
6.Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen, which permanently deletes all of your data.
7.Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal data – for example, under the GDPR in the EU/EEA and the UK, or the CCPA in California. These include the right to access, correct, export, or delete the data we hold about you. To exercise any of them, email us at support@wholeftme.com and we'll take care of it.
8.Children
WhoLeft is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect data from children.
9.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. If a change is significant, we'll notify you by email.
